One thing about living in Japan is realising how devoted and big the KakuHi fandom was (and still is, as proven by this anthology filled with the hard work and love of all those involved!)

Updated my mori girl blog for the first time in 13 years.

I’m 30 now, and I can’t really say I wear the fashion anymore- but it’s a part of my character that has kind of stuck with me for over a decade.

I miss the mori girl community. But I hope those who wear the fashion now are enjoying it as much as I did.

Would love to talk more about the fashion, its roots, subgenres, and the various fashions that evolved from it and around it.
